Are utilities like electricity, water, internet, and gas included in the rent?

Yes, WiFi, water, and gas are included in most rental packages. Electricity may have a usage limit. We share full details before booking for transparency.

Which type of apartment is best?

Will a security deposit be refunded?

Yes, your deposit is fully refundable within 7 working days after check-out, provided there are no damages or unpaid dues. Our refund process is simple and transparent.

What is the difference between a booking and a reservation?

A reservation holds your apartment temporarily, while a booking is confirmed after payment. To secure your stay, please complete payment as soon as possible.

What is the return and cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 7 days before check-in qualify for up to an 80% refund. Cancellations after that period are non-refundable. Contact us directly for emergency cases.
